Qualifications

• 1-3 years of content creation experience.
• Portfolio or sample work required.
• Strong understanding of major platforms and trends.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Brainstorm content calendars and plan at least one month in advance.
• Film, direct, and batch-create content for launches and campaigns.
• Stay on top of social media trends and turn them into brand content.
• Write scripts, create shot lists, and collaborate with founders and operations.
• Review analytics and recommend ways to grow engagement and reach.
• Ensure all content aligns with the Respected Roots brand.
