The role blends camera work with storytelling to engage pilots, aviation enthusiasts, and jet setters. You will craft reels, captions, and campaigns that reflect our brand voice, plan a content calendar, and collaborate with marketing, instructors, and ops.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Experience editing videos and images for social platforms.
• Interest or passion for aviation is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work on-site and capture content at events or flights.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, visually captivating content (videos, reels, graphics, carousels) for social media platforms.
• Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Capture on-location footage at events, flights, and training sessions.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action reflecting brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies to increase engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with marketing, instructors, and ops to source stories and opportunities.
• Stay current on social trends, audio, and platform best practices.
