Job summary

STR Refresh, a Utah-based short-term rental design company, seeks a part-time social media content creator. You will craft and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, edit videos, and turn projects into engaging formats.

You’ll also film content about our business and design process, crafting hooks and recurring series while keeping a steady weekly schedule. Creativity matters more than years of experience.

Qualifications

• No years of experience required; strong creative instincts and design eye.
• We value ability to write naturally and follow through.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools is helpful.
• Interest in interior design, Airbnb, real estate, or entrepreneurship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Edit short-form videos and Reels from project footage.
• Turn projects into before-and-afters, carousels, and educational posts.
• Help film content about the business, projects, and design process.
• Develop hooks, captions, video ideas, and recurring content series.
• Repurpose one idea into multiple posts.
• Maintain a consistent weekly posting schedule.
• Incorporate trends and fresh ideas into content strategy.
• Organize project photos, videos, and testimonials for easy use.
