Job summary

Horizon Air is seeking a Ground Service Agent to support ramp operations and keep flights running safely. You will load luggage, manage paperwork for flight crews, marshal aircraft, and assist with weight and balance forms while adhering to safety standards.

A flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required. The role offers hourly pay with a split-shift differential where applicable, and total rewards including benefits and travel privileges.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid unexpired driver’s license issued by a US state or territory.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and offload luggage and cargo to airport locations.
• Distribute paperwork to flight crews including fuel slips and load plans.
• Marshals and pushes back aircraft and operates ground equipment.
• Input weights and commodity codes into data systems to ensure load integrity.
• Provide aircraft services and manage basic safety and security checks.
