Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is hiring a Ramp Agent at Miami International Airport to load and unload baggage, cargo and mail, and guide aircraft to gates. You will ensure safe ground handling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strict safety and airline guidelines.

Responsibilities include operating ground support equipment, reading load sheets, marshalling aircraft, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to communicate in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Able to access and interpret information on iPads/tablets, computers.
• Strong communication with team and airline staff.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Eligible for required credentials/clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, etc.).
• Willing to work 24/7 shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft.
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders).
• Read load sheets and baggage tags.
• Marshal aircraft to/from gates and ensure safe ground movements.
• Follow safety protocols and adapt to flight schedule changes.
