TDA AGH in Warwick, RI, is seeking a part-time Passenger Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service at gates and boarding areas. You will handle tickets, baggage, seating, and passenger assistance while ensuring FAA and airport compliance.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and involves operating jet bridges and mobility aids as needed. Responsibilities include assisting disabled travelers, managing boarding procedures, and maintaining safety standards.

Competenze

• Must be fluent in English with clear communication.
• Ability to perform under time constraints in a fast airport environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and obtain a SIDA badge.

Mansioni

• Process tickets, check baggage, assign seats and monitor carry-ons.
• Provide accurate flight information and boarding procedures.
• Handle denied boarding and issue vouchers as appropriate.
• Comply with FAA, airline, and airport regulations and security measures.
• Assist passengers with disabilities and wheelchair needs.
• Operate jet bridges, ADA ramps, and portable stairs as needed.
• Perform post-flight cabin cleaning and security checks.
• Complete required training and report safety hazards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
