Qualifications

• 3+ years in aviation, transportation, or account management.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of strategic airline accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts across stakeholder levels.
• Understand customer supply chain strategies and align Forward Air solutions.
• Position Forward Air as a preferred transportation provider within partner networks.
• Monitor and analyze account performance, revenue trends, and retention risks.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive reviews with clients.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Commercial and other teams to improve performance.
• Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
