Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-volume, unionized recruiting environments.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment metrics/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for airport operations roles.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and follow-up.
• Manage multiple requisitions and hiring managers concurrently.
• Travel domestically for high-volume hiring events as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and vendors to ensure compliant processes.
• Report recruitment metrics, SLAs, and progress to stakeholders.
