Trego-Dugan Aviation is seeking a full-time Management professional in Windsor Locks, CT to direct, train, and coordinate all aspects of the Airline partner’s operation. Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in aviation.
• At least one year managing an airline-based environment with over 15 flights per week.
• Must receive CSA/GOA Services training required by Airline partners within probation.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; College preferred.
• Knowledge of FAA/TSA security directives and passenger processing procedures.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License; CRO certificate when required; Ground Security Coordinator certificate within probation.
• De-Icing/Anti-Icing training if required; security and training certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Airline partner’s operation.
• Represent Trego-Dugan during meetings, conferences, and events; plan and attend local airport meetings.
• Ensure regulatory paperwork retention and reporting for Airline partner.
• Establish and maintain safety compliance for aircraft, customers, facilities and staff.
• Oversee airline commissary department with ordering and cost control.
• Coordinate vendor functions and review service provided to Airline partners.
• Establish relations with airport officials, FAA, TSA, police and fire departments.
• Provide training support and ensure training requirements are met for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with Federal directives and audit quality assurance.
• Establish employee recognition programs for station achievements.
• Pursue contract revenue opportunities to achieve profitability.
• Perform all functions of a Station Agent.
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
