Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation is seeking a Station Operations Manager to direct, train, and coordinate all aspects of the airline partner’s station. The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety compliance, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

You will oversee vendor coordination, wage and performance reviews, and contract revenue efforts while ensuring regulatory and security requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in the aviation industry.
• Must manage airline-based environment with frequent flights.
• Must complete CSA/GOA Services training during probation.

Responsibilities

• Directs, trains, and coordinates all aspects of the Airline partner’s operation.
• Represent Trego-Dugan during travel partner meetings and events; plan and attend local airport meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory paperwork retention and partner reporting.
• Establish and maintain safety compliance for aircraft, customers, facilities, and staff.
• Oversee airline commissary operations including ordering and cost control.
• Coordinate vendor functions and liaison for local contracts (fuel, security, catering, ground handling).
• Build airport and community relations with officials, FAA, TSA, police and fire departments.
• Provide training support to staff and ensure training requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with Federal directives and perform quality audits.
• Establish staff recognition programs for safety and performance.
• Pursue contract revenue opportunities to sustain station profitability.
• Perform all functions of a Station Agent.
