Qualifications

• Requires three years of supervisory experience in the aviation industry.
• At least one year managing an airline-based environment with over 15 flights per week.
• Knowledge of FAA/TSA security directives & CSA/GOA Services.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License; must obtain and maintain required certificates during probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Airline partner's operation.
• Represent Trego-Dugan during travel partner meetings, conference calls, and events; plan, host, and attend local airport meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory paperwork retention and reporting.
• Establish and maintain safety compliance of aircraft, customers, facilities, and employee environments; address issues and provide corrective action.
• Oversee the airline commissary department with ordering, cost control, and efficiency.
• Coordinate airline vendor functions and act as liaison for contracts (fueling, security, catering, cleaning, ground handling).
• Develop relationships with airport officials, FAA, TSA, police, and fire departments.
• Provide feedback and responses to customer complaints in coordination with Customer Relations.
• Support training for employees; ensure training requirements are met (new hire, recurrent, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with federal directives and security; audit quality and support other management.
