Job summary

FedEx Corporation is seeking a Project Management Advisor to join the technology team supporting Airline operations. This hybrid Memphis role blends strategic program execution, executive communications, and digital training content creation to accelerate delivery of cross-functional initiatives across transportation and logistics infrastructure.

You will translate complex roadmaps, manage governance, and lead AI-enabled productivity improvements while partnering with senior leaders to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, communications or related field.
Five (5) years professional work experience. At least two (2) years experience in facilitation of large programs or multi-function projects in a practical business setting.
Familiarity with the transportation/logistics industry and multi-functional project leadership.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communications skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategic program execution for Airline IT and the broader One FedEx strategy.
Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies, system integration bottlenecks, and operational constraints across complex transformation programs.
Translate technical roadmaps and migrations into clear, executive updates and narratives.
Administer SharePoint environments and governance for knowledge retention and training libraries.
Design and deliver high-quality, engaging video-based training and educational content.
