Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Project Management Advisor to join the technology team supporting Airline operations. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, translate roadmaps and complex architectures into executive-ready updates, and oversee governance for platforms like SharePoint and video assets.

You will leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery, create training content, and improve knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, instructional design, corporate communications, or digital media production within a large enterprise.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs and to communicate complex topics to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic program execution and agile delivery across airline IT and FedEx One strategy.
• Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks across transformation programs.
• Partner with executives to craft communications, roadmaps, and governance for programs.
