Trego/Dugan Aviation in Nashville, TN seeks an Airline Product Manager to direct the airline partner’s operations and coordinate with management for superior performance. You will communicate with internal and external departments, plan goals, and lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires aviation supervisory experience, airline-based management, and strong regulatory knowledge. Full-time position with local travel and security training requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in aviation.
• At least one year managing airline-based ops with >15 flights/week.
• CSA/GOA Services training within probation period.
• High school diploma; college preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft types and FAA/TSA security directives.
• Licenses and certificates: Driver's license; CRO when required; GSC cert; de-icing training.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Airline partner’s operation.
• Represent Trego-Dugan in meetings, calls, and events; plan/host local airport meetings.
• Ensure regulatory paperwork retention and reporting.
• Maintain safety compliance for aircraft, facilities, and staff.
• Oversee airline commissary dept with cost control and ordering.
• Coordinate vendor functions and review service provided to partners.
• Establish relations with airport officials and regulators.
• Provide training and support to staff; ensure training requirements met.
• Ensure compliance with federal directives and security standards.
