Job summary

Anuvu, based in Atlanta with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional travel to client sites, is seeking a Metadata Specialist to support airline metadata across OEM systems. You will document processes, track milestones, manage high-priority metadata, and ensure quality and on-time delivery to clients.

The role involves regular meetings with the metadata and account teams, ownership of QC documentation, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and collaboration with airline partners.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years data-entry/CMS experience or equivalent.
• Inflight industry experience is an added advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for airline metadata across OEM systems.
• Facilitate regular Metadata Team meetings.
• Create and maintain process documentation for airline systems.
• Develop QC checklists to ensure metadata accuracy before sign-off.
• Monitor content updates and deadlines across cycles.
• Conduct root cause analysis and draft incident reports.
• Train and develop team skills.
