Anuvu, based in Atlanta with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional travel to client sites, is seeking a Metadata Specialist to support airline metadata across OEM systems. You will document processes, track milestones, manage high-priority metadata, and ensure quality and on-time delivery to clients.

The Metadata Specialist provides a vital role in supporting Anuvu’s airline metadata team across our customer accounts. As the airline metadata expert, you will document processes, track progress against key milestones, manage high-priority metadata, and ensure both quality and on-time delivery to clients.
This role involves regular meetings—primarily with the metadata team, but also with the broader account team—to provide status updates, identify and address blockers, and ensure compliance with process improvements as required. You will take ownership of quality control documentation, ensuring all necessary tasks are signed off during each client media cycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for issue resolution and prevention, ensuring all corrections are implemented and root cause analysis is conducted. Building strong relationships, you will foster collaboration and trust with both the airline team and external stakeholders/partners.
