TheMetadata Specialistprovides avital role in supportingAnuvu’sairline metadata teamacross our customer accounts.Asthe airline metadata expert,you willdocumentprocesses,trackprogress againstkey milestones,managehigh-priority metadata,and ensurebothquality and on-time delivery toclients.
This role involves regular meetings—primarily with the metadata team, but also with the broader account team—to provide status updates,identifyand address blockers, and ensure compliance with process improvements asrequired . You will take ownership of quality control documentation, ensuring all necessary tasks are signed off during each client media cycle. Additionally, you willbe responsible forissue resolution and prevention, ensuring all corrections are implemented and root cause analysis is conducted. Building strong relationships, you will foster collaboration and trust with both the airline team and external stakeholders/partners.
