Sodexo's Airline Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to join the elite team of professionals operating the American Express Centurion Lounge in Denver International Airport, Denver, CO. We seek a talented individual committed to creating and delivering a culinary-driven, fine-dining experience within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis. The ideal candidate will have eclectic menu knowledge and upscale experience, with catering and banquet experience being a plus. This is a hands-on Chef role requiring experience in managing upscale food production, preferably with a high-volume, scratch kitchen background from hotels or restaurants.
