Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in food production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food per recipes and airline specs.
• Complete prep work as assigned by supervisors.
• Wash, peel, cut, and portion ingredients.
• Weigh and measure ingredients using standard units.
• Operate ovens, kettles, slicers safely.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and temperature logs.
• Keep work areas sanitary and organized.
• Report safety hazards or equipment issues.
