Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and airline specs.
• Complete prep work as assigned by supervisors or senior cooks.
• Wash, peel, cut and portion ingredients.
• Weigh and measure ingredients precisely.
• Operate ovens, kettles, slicers and other equipment safely.
• Store and label items following FIFO and HACCP.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and temperature logs.
• Follow sanitation and hygiene protocols.
• Keep records of ingredients used during production.
• Report safety hazards or equipment issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
