Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs, a global leader in airline catering, is hiring a Hot Food Cook in Minneapolis. You will prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced production environment, following recipes and HACCP standards to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires 1–3 years cooking experience, a culinary arts background preferred, and ability to work day or evening shifts. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, life and disability insurance, and free meals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a cook in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, FIFO practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook assigned production quantities according to customer specifications using the CBASE system.
• Follow recipes and menus to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
• Work closely with Executive and Sous Chefs to support culinary execution and product quality.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
