The ideal candidate will have airline dispatch or ramp operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.

• Must have High School Diploma.
• Experience in Airline Industry.
• Ramp Operations in particular.
• Dispatch Experience.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have flexibility in scheduling.
• Must be familiar with various computer systems.
• Must be a team spirited individual.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Flight Specifications.
• Comprehend Menu and Flight Galley specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers (internal and external).
• Report arrival, departure and gate information.
• Report all cancellations.
• Determine the order in which flights must be catered.
• Monitor equipment changes, late flights, gate changes, etc.
• Track all flights to ensure timeliness; assign/re-assign as needed.
• Track and document aircraft nose numbers, arrivals and departures.
• Cover shifts and sick calls.
• Document equipment changes, specs and Charters for next day’s operations.
