Job summary

Allegiant Air is seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide support for both scheduled and charter services. You will process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on limits, and assist with seating arrangements while ensuring policy adherence.

Strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential. A high school diploma and prior experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, and assign seats according to policy.
• Provide departure information, boarding procedures, and carry-on limits.
• Assist with delayed or damaged baggage and reimbursement where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, Allegiant Air and airport regulations.
• Assist customers with special needs and requested accommodations.
• Complete required reports and coordinate with Supervisors as needed.
• Attend required training and maintain professional appearance.
