Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide excellent front-line service to passengers. This role involves greeting travelers, issuing tickets, assigning seats, checking baggage, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, and rebooking when necessary.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Valid, unrestricted state driver’s license.
High School Diploma or GED.
Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.
Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
Lift 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
Flexible schedule including split shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

Greet passengers, issue tickets, assign seats, check baggage, board flights, assist passengers with missing luggage, and rebook passengers promptly and courteously.
Assist passengers with special needs and resolve complaints.
Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews.
Handle cancelled and delayed flights calmly.
Other duties as assigned by SkyWest.
