SkyWest Airlines is seeking airport agents to deliver excellent customer service while performing a variety of tasks such as ticketing, rebooking passengers, boarding flights, and assisting travelers with special needs.

This part-time role requires outdoor work in all weather, a valid driver's license, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays; starting wage is $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver’s license.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and effective time management skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts on mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Part-time position starting at $16 per hour.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off aircraft.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers.
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously.
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
• Service aircraft as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
