Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking airport agents to deliver outstanding customer service at our facilities. You will handle ticketing, boarding, baggage tasks, and assist passengers with special needs in a fast-paced environment.

Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, rebook as needed, and marshal aircraft. This outdoor role requires flexibility with shifts and working in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Flexible schedule including split shifts, mornings/afternoons/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Starting at $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and rebooking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, rebook passengers.
• Escort customers with special needs safely and courteously.
• Marshal aircraft and service aircraft as needed.
• Load and unload luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto/off aircraft.
• Other duties as assigned.
