Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking airport agents to deliver exceptional customer service at the airport, handling ticketing, boarding, and rebooking while ensuring safety and efficiency. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather and a flexible schedule across shifts.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Starting at $20 per hour with opportunities across full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and effective time management skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off aircraft.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers with luggage issues, and rebook passengers.
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously.
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
• This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Service aircraft as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
