Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection.
• Able to speak, read and write in English.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy required.
• Common sense, organization and quick, rational decision making.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with ability to multitask.
• Read and comprehend reference materials, instructions, policies and procedures.
• Background check and fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with fare quotes and boarding gate functions.
