Qualifications

• Basic requirements include eagerness to learn and being organized and able to think logically.
• Must make quick and rational decisions and demonstrate problem solving.
• Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations and communicate effectively; good listening skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment; at least 18 years old; U.S. citizenship/residency and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Background check and fingerprinting required; English proficiency; additional languages are a plus; computer savvy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with fare quotes and gate functions.
• Work at ticket counters, lobby, baggage counter, gate check-in or rotation through areas.
• Maintain professional interactions with passengers, clients and crew.
• Translate/transcribe when possible; handle assets responsibly; accurate cash handling and labelling.
