Job summary

Mesa Airlines is seeking a Crew Scheduler in Carmel, IN to oversee and adjust crew schedules for pilots and flight attendants. You will coordinate with the Crew Resource Team, ensure proper crew placement, and handle changes using Sabre platforms.

A calm disposition during irregular operations and a flexible schedule are essential. Ideal candidates have scheduling experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to learn new computer systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Oversee and process schedule adjustments within duty limitations for pilots and flight attendants.
• Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor during irregular operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process schedule adjustments within duty limitations for pilots and flight attendants.
• Ensure effective crewmember placement for all flights while maintaining an internal customer experience with crewmembers.
• Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor during irregular operations.
• Manage schedule modifications using Sabre Crew Class, Sabre Crew Trac, and Sabre Crew Qualifier.
• Work with the Crew Resource Team for safe and efficient operation of crewmembers.
• Be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
