Job summary

Key Lime Air, Inc. in Centennial, CO is seeking a Flight Crew Scheduler to assign crew members to flight assignments and manage duty/rest compliance under FAR 121/135 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assigning crew members to flight assignments.
• Assess demand for upcoming assignments considering duty/rest requirements.
• Ensure crew duty/rest times comply with FAR 135 or FAR 121 and SOPs.
• Communicate changes to appropriate departments.
• Work with Charter Coordinators to maximize charter availability.
• Coordinate with chief pilot and instructor for training events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are a growing regional airline based at Centennial Airport with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Denver Air Connection brand.

We operate a fleet of more than 30 aircraft, including Fairchild Metros, Dornier 328 Jets, Embraer E-145LRs, and an Embraer Brasilia. Our growth plans include the continued addition of E-145LRs to our fleet.

Location: 13252 E Control Tower Rd.

Schedule: Must be able to work nights and weekends this is non-negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Assigning crew members to flight assignments
• Assess demand for upcoming assignments taking crew duty/rest requirements into consideration
• Ensure that all crew member duty/rest times are scheduled in accordance with FAR 135 or FAR 121 regulations and department standard operating procedures
• Communicate changes to the appropriate departments within the company
• Work closely with Charter Coordinators to maximize charter availability
• Coordinate with chief pilot and instructor to schedule training events
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with occasional on-call or after-hours availability
