Flying Food Group in Hawaii seeks a Cold Food Production Station Attendant to prepare meals for airline customers in accordance with federal and corporate standards. This non-exempt, full-time position requires attention to food safety, proper handling of temperatures, and cooperation with a fast-paced team.

You will operate kitchen equipment safely, follow FIFO procedures, and support sanitation requirements under HACCP, FDA, and USDA guidelines; prior food prep or cooking experience preferred;

Formación

• 1+ year of food prep and/or cooking experience.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Good communication and comprehension skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food according to policy, procedure, and specifications.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness with emphasis on food safety.
• Follow FIFO to ensure quality and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
