Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs is seeking a Transportation Supervisor for airline catering in Philadelphia. The role oversees dispatch, drivers, and fleet readiness to ensure safe, on-time delivery to aircraft. You will manage schedules, route planning, and compliance with DOT/FMCSA, TSA, and HACCP standards.

The position requires 1–3 years in transportation/logistics or airline catering, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. On-site work with exposure to a fast-paced ramp environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of transportation/logistics or airline catering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and TSA security compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and staff the transportation department to meet flight schedules.
• Lead daily shift briefings and ensure clear handoffs.
• Dispatch and route planning to align with flight schedules and changes.
• Ensure fleet readiness and conduct vehicle inspections with Maintenance.
• Monitor safety, compliance and on‑time service metrics.
