gategroup in Dallas, TX is seeking a Food Supervisor to supervise a large team, ensure quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance on airline catering accounts. You will manage labor and food costs, coach staff, and produce management reports to drive unit performance.

The role requires strong leadership, HACCP knowledge, ServSafe certification, and the ability to coordinate across shifts to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume food production, manufacturing, or catering environment.
• Ability to manage a staff of 30+ hourly employees.
• Must have ServSafe certification or be willing to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality production standards for all accounts.
• Control food and labor costs per company specs.
• Supervise and coach a team of up to 40 employees.
• Prepare management reports as required (attendance, HAACCP, labor).
• Maintain safety, HACCP, and FDA compliance with company policies.
• Train staff on proper procedures and code products per airline specs.
