Gate Gourmet is seeking a motivated supervisor in Dallas to lead a 30+ person team, ensuring food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will monitor HACCP programs, control labor and food costs, and coordinate with HR and maintenance to optimize unit performance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to train staff, including ServSafe certification, with a focus on efficiency and safety in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience in high-volume food production or catering settings.
• Experience enforcing food safety, HACCP, and FDA standards.
• Ability to manage labor and food costs per company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of 30+ hourly staff to meet quality standards.
• Maintain policy manuals and airline specifications; ensure accurate coding and documentation.
• Control food and labor costs; prepare management reports as required.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Support staffing decisions and shift balance to meet workload needs.
• Ensure training, including ServSafe, and adherence to wage/hour policies.
