Job summary

The Sterling Choice is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with airline customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent service and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with Operations, Culinary, Production, Purchasing, and other teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management, customer service, hospitality, foodservice, airline catering, or related environment.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced operation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for airline customers and develop strong, long-term relationships.
• Manage day-to-day customer needs, service issues, and operational concerns.
• Partner with internal teams to communicate and execute customer requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve service issues, providing timely updates and solutions.
• Coordinate menu changes, product updates, and customer presentations.
• Partner with Culinary and Production teams on menu presentations and new program launches.
• Monitor service execution, product loading, inventory, and billing accuracy.
• Communicate regularly with operational leaders regarding customer priorities and service expectations.
• Support account growth by identifying opportunities to improve service and strengthen customer partnerships.
