Naniq Global Logistics in Honolulu, Hawaii, seeks a seasoned General Manager for the Airgateway Program to lead a large aviation logistics operation across parcel sortation, cargo handling, and ramp services. You will partner with the Airgateway Director of Operations to drive performance, growth, and strategic direction in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in air cargo, aviation, logistics, transportation, or ground handling.
• 5+ years in GM/Director/Senior Ops Manager roles.
• Experience managing multi-service or multi-customer operations.
• Strong financial management including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Honolulu Airgateway business plan with finance.
• Oversee parcel sortation, cargo handling, ramp and ground handling operations.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, DOT, OSHA and airport security.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor SLAs, KPIs and safety.
• Lead capacity planning, staffing and 24/7 readiness.
• Manage relationships with Amazon, airline partners and customers.
