Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the unloading and loading of planes, sorting operations, and trucking for the Kona island gateway. This full-time role reports to the Regional General Manager and involves managing a late-evening to early-morning schedule, five days per week, with possible weekend work.

The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and innovation, with a strong focus on leadership, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service orientation and strong leadership.
• Experience with commercial driving and sortation process is desired.
• Excellent organization and communication skills; able to multi-task.
• Must pass drug screening and background checks; legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversees plane loading/unloading, sortation, and trucking operations to meet client metrics.
• Staffing coordination with unionized subcontractor for sortation.
• Ensure TSA and DOT compliance in all operations.
• Prepare and issue customer reports on time; monitor safety and security incidents.
• Communicate with leadership and floor teams to manage shift plans.
• Review schedules, equipment condition, and supply availability.
