Naniq Global Logistics is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the Honolulu Airgateway operation, driving performance, growth, and strategic direction across operations, finance, and client management.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in aviation logistics, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to manage large, multi-shift teams in a demanding 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong leadership acumen.
• Experience leading multi-service aviation/logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and EBIT accountability.
• Experience in contract negotiations and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Honolulu Airgateway operation and drive strategic performance.
• Oversee budget development, forecasting, reporting, and financial management.
• Maintain compliance with TSA, FAA, DOT, OSHA and airport regulations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
