Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an Airfreight Spot Desk Pricing Analyst in Minnesota. The role focuses on analyzing and recommending pricing for DHL products and services through market, competitor, profitability analyses and revenue simulations.

The analyst will execute adhoc pricing, drive competitive pricing, assess risks, and collaborate with Sales to support pricing decisions. The position emphasizes accuracy, speed, and cross-system proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline and 1–3 years of experience in related field.
• Strong analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in multiple pricing and quoting systems daily.

Responsibilities

• Executes adhoc / spot pricing.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Airfreight Spot Desk Pricing Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and recommending appropriate pricing for DHL products and services by conducting market analysis, competitor analysis, profitability analysis, and revenue simulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drives competitive pricing.
• Searches for best pricing solutions in order to maximize profitability of AFR.

Pay Range: $68,722.50 - $91,630.00+ (Based on Experience)
