Job summary

B&H Worldwide is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage Import/Export shipments from start to finish, ensuring Best in Class service. You will work with the Export & Import Operations team, handle AES filings, routing, and coordination with transport providers, while maintaining TSA compliance and high service levels.

The role reports to the Account Manager and requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering efficient, compliant logistics solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in Import/Export processes and TSA compliance.
• Solid background in US Customs law and procedures.
• Familiarity with Cargowise and Dangerous Goods is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipments (import/export) from start to finish.
• Create AWB and manage AWB lifecycle.
• Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with transport providers.
• Maintain TSA Known Cargo screening compliance.
• Monitor billing and ensure profitability reporting.
• Handle high-volume shipments and respond to customer inquiries.
