Job summary

PCC Airframe Segment invites recent graduates to join its two-year Technical Rotation Program, with one-year engineering rotations at various facilities across the country. Initial assignments will be in Northeast, Pacific Northwest, OK, and Southern California, with relocation for the second-year assignment.

Engineers will gain exposure to process control, metallurgy, tooling/fixture design, and production support while developing leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Clubs, organizations, or activity involvement.
• Prior Internship or Co-Op in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be a US Person*
• Must be open to relocation.
• Excellent communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assignments may include, but are not limited to, process control, process improvement, metallurgy, tooling and fixture design, production support, facilities maintenance, and maintaining quality systems.
