Job summary

Qualifications

Two years of progressively responsible maintenance experience, including aviation/airport-related field experience.
Equivalent to two years of college with major coursework in aviation management, business administration, or a related field.
Possession of or ability to obtain a valid driver's license.
Possession of or ability to obtain an Airport Rescue Firefighters Certificate.

Responsibilities

Represent the Airport Director in matters concerning all operations of the airport and supervise airfield operations.
Perform a broad range of inside and outside maintenance activities and a variety of mechanical trades.
Monitor compliance with FAR Part 139, Airport Certification Manual, Security Plan, and Safety Plan.
Coordinate snow removal, safety inspections, and airfield maintenance activities.
Assist in budgeting and preparing reports; assume Airport Director duties in absence.
