Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in related field preferred.
• Two years of paid full-time experience in housekeeping at airport/shopping/hospitality; substitution for education.
• Three years of supervisory or team lead experience; valid Ohio driver's license; strong communication skills.
• Certified Housekeeper Executive preferred; contract and MS Office skills favored.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Oversee airfield maintenance, ensure CFR Title 14 Part 139 compliance.
• Review work orders, assign tasks, and monitor progress with Unit Leaders.
• Evaluate contractor and staff work; develop SOPs for Field Maintenance.
• Coordinate with Airport Operations on Snow and Ice Control planning.
• Train Unit Leaders and workforce on tasks, safety, and equipment use.
• Hire, develop, and evaluate staff; manage performance and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with budget and procurements; handle overtime and records.
