Job summary

DelMarAerospace Corporation seeks an Aircrew Scheduler for a SECRET-cleared position at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. This full‑time, on‑site role maintains training and qualification records, manages upgrade progression, and generates routine readiness reports for a large aircrew population.

Qualifications include SECRET clearance, 2+ years with PEX or similar, and 2+ years with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint, plus DoD squadron training experience.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance is required.
• Minimum two years of experience with PEX or similar scheduling software.
• Minimum two years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and SharePoint.
• Two+ years in a squadron, group, or wing training/stan eval environment or three years in a DoD flying squadron training/stan eval unit.

Responsibilities

• Review and update training records, folders, and gradebooks per AFI guidance.
• Produce monthly readiness and qualification summaries for leadership.
• Update ARMS and local databases as required.
• Coordinate with Aviation Resource Management personnel for system updates.
• Perform weekly gradebook and training checks and schedule coordination.
• Prepare training and testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Generate AF Form 4324 worksheets and Ready Aircrew program reports.
