SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Operations Training Support to support DoD-related training programs. You will update data in PEX and in local databases, manage records, administer classes and exams, generate reports, and coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities.

A Secret Clearance and minimum 2 years experience with PEX, MS Access, Excel, and SharePoint are required. Join a diverse team and contribute to readiness of aircrew and ground training operations.

Qualificações

• Requires Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with PEX (or similar scheduling program).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Update data in PEX and local databases as required.
• Review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate scheduling for training requirements.
• Generate reports and forms (AF Forms and RAP reports) as required.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities and ensure AFI-aligned procedures.
• Provide weekly and monthly readiness/status updates to leadership.
