Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Minimum two years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum two years of experience with PEX or a similar scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Determine flight, ground and simulator schedule requirements for upgrade, initial qualification, requalification, transition, currency and continuation training.
• Correlate sortie length and airspace requirements with syllabus requirements.
• Build long-range and short-range schedules ensuring full coverage of aircrew, instructor, evaluator, supervisor and support positions.
• Coordinate with training officers and operations to arrange the schedule in accordance with priorities.
• Publish and post unit scheduling data and maintain databases.
