Job summary

ACET, Incorporated is seeking squadron operations support personnel to build and maintain the B-52H unit's flying schedule at Dyess AFB, Texas.

You will coordinate with Wing Scheduling and outside agencies for exercises and ensure coverage for aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and support staff. This role requires an active SECRET clearance and US citizenship, with experience in scheduling and using Patriot Excalibur (PEX).

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance or previously held SECRET clearance that expired and was not revoked.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Build the long-range and short-range flying schedule so aircrew, instructor, evaluator, supervisor and support positions are fully covered.
• Coordinate daily and weekly with squadron, group and wing leadership to facilitate flying operations.
• Update Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and locally developed database systems, and publish schedules.
