Job summary

B3H Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Aircrew/Squadron Scheduler to support Global Strike Command – BSOS at Minot AFB, ND. The role involves building and adjusting schedules to accommodate aircraft issues, medical appointments, flight evaluations, and weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will have two years in squadron aircrew scheduling and proficiency with Patriot Excalibur (PEX). A Secret Clearance is required or previously held.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum 2 years using Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar scheduling software.
• Experience navigating NIPR and SIPR networks.
• Must hold Secret Clearance (or previously held, expired).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers, ARM offices, Unit Deployment Managers, and the Operations Officer to build schedules meeting training requirements.
• Develop long- and short-range schedules to ensure coverage of aircrew, instructor, evaluator, and supervisor positions.
• Update and publish scheduling data for ground, academic, flying, and simulator training events using Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or equivalent systems.
• Track crewmember availability including leave, TDY, and medical appointments to deconflict schedules and meet sortie taskings.
• Facilitate last-minute schedule changes with the mission commander or operations supervisor to cover unmanned shifts.
• Correlate sortie lengths and airspace requirements with training syllabi.
• Attend scheduling meetings including Special Use Airspace, Airspace Restrictions, and Range Scheduling meetings for deconfliction.
• Optional Wing Scheduling Duties: develop long-range scheduling systems, prioritize tanker and agile combat employment operations, analyze historical mission data.

B3H Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Aircrew/Squadron Scheduler to support the Global Strike Command – Bomber Squadron Operations Support (BSOS) at Minot AFB, near Minot, ND.

The Aircrew/Squadron Scheduler will facilitate flying operations in a dynamic, medium-to-high-stress environment. The ideal candidate will build and adjust schedules to accommodate aircraft mechanical issues, medical appointments, flight evaluations, and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers, Aviation Resource Management (ARM) offices, Unit Deployment Managers, and the Operations Officer (DO) to build schedules that fulfill operations, qualification, upgrade, test, exercise, and continuation training requirements.
• Develop long- and short-range schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew, instructor, evaluator, and supervisor positions.
• Update and publish scheduling data for ground, academic, flying, and simulator training events using Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or equivalent local database systems.
• Track crewmember availability—including leave, temporary duty (TDY), and medical appointments—to deconflict schedules and meet sortie taskings.
• Facilitate last-minute schedule changes alongside the current mission commander or operations supervisor to cover unmanned shifts.
• Correlate sortie lengths and airspace requirements with specific training syllabi.
• Attend required scheduling meetings, including weekly Special Use Airspace, Airspace Restrictions, and monthly Range Scheduling meetings for deconfliction.
• Optional Wing Scheduling Duties: Develop comprehensive long-range scheduling systems, prioritize tanker and agile combat employment operations, and analyze historical mission data for Operations Group leadership.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience utilizing Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or a similar proprietary scheduling program.
• Experience navigating Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) systems.
• Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
