Job summary

BlueForce Inc. is seeking candidates with Aircrew Scheduling experience to support Bomber Squadron Operations at multiple AFGSC locations, including Minot AFB, Barksdale AFB, Whiteman AFB, Dyess AFB, and Ellsworth AFB.

The role requires coordinating schedules for aircrews, instructors, and support personnel, with focus on currency and progression standards. Responsibilities include building long-range schedules, deconflicting crew availability, tracking training requirements, and updating data

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum of 2 years working with PEX or similar scheduling program.
• Knowledge of national, DoD, and U.S. Air Force policies, directives, and procedures in logistics and operations.
• Ability to analyze facts and prepare briefings or reports for leadership.
• Strong oral communication to inform leadership and lead process teams.
• Strong written communication for task articulation and publication.
• Experience using NIPR and SIPR IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers and units to arrange schedules for operations and training.
• Build long- and short-range aircrew and support personnel schedules.
• Deconflict crewmember schedules to meet sortie taskings.
• Track training requirements and update scheduling data in PEX or similar systems.
• Publish scheduling data and coordinate with Wing Scheduling and higher HQ.
